Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- ½ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro or parsley (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2–4 tablespoons buttermilk or water (to adjust consistency)

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Mince the garlic and chop fresh herbs if using.
